Saudi Chief of General Staff Receives Mauritanian Counterpart

The Saudi Chief of General Staff Lieutenant-General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili received in Riyadh Monday the Chief of General Staff of the Mauritanian Army Major General Mohamed Bamba Meguett and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, they discussed military cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance them, as well as a number of regional and international issues of common interest, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

In another development, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz held in Doha Tuesday a session of official talks with Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Qatar Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani.

At the beginning of the session, Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa welcomed Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, noting the high security coordination between the two ministries of interior in the two countries.

For his part, Prince Abdulaziz stressed the importance of concerted efforts between the security authorities in the two countries, and the strengthening of cooperation ways to achieve the aspirations of the leaderships and peoples of the two countries.

They discussed ways to enhance and develop joint cooperation ways between the two ministries of interior in the two brotherly countries.
